A wide range of DWG and DXF versions are supported. Files are saved in the same version as the original. New files are created in the latest available DWG or DXF version. Version support is updated as part of annual engine updates.

Yes. All core drawing, editing, measuring, and file operations work fully offline.

Internet access (Wi-Fi or Cellular) is required only for:
• Subscription activation
• Accessing cloud storage
• Receiving updates
• Wireless printing (requires a local network such as Wi-Fi or mobile hotspot)

Your drawings always remain on your device unless you intentionally upload or share them.

For best performance when working with large or complex drawings, try the following:
• Close other apps running in the background
• Disable lineweight display if it’s not needed
• Turn off unused Snap types in the toolbar
• Use Zoom Extents or Zoom Window after loading large files to focus the view and improve interaction

1. Grip-Point Manipulation (GPM)
• Select an object to reveal grip points at key geometric locations
• Drag grip points directly on the drawing to reshape geometry in real time
• X, Y, and Z values are displayed and can be tapped for precise numeric entry

2. Guided Dialogs
• Touch an object, then tap the Edit (Pen) icon
• Modify exact parameters such as length, angle, radius, width, or height
• Step-by-step guidance ensures accuracy and control
• Ideal for precision edits and exact constraints

Both editing modes complement each other, allowing users to switch naturally between direct manipulation and precise numeric control.

Yes. Gestureit CAD supports 3D wireframe workflows for creating and editing geometry in three-dimensional space. These workflows are designed for mobile use and continue to evolve as part of ongoing development. These workflows use the same gesture-based interface as 2D editing, avoiding separate tools or modes.

Gestureit® CAD performs 3D wireframe editing directly in model space. Camera and Orbit views affect how geometry is viewed, not how it is created or duplicated, ensuring predictable results and accurate geometry even when working across multiple planes.

Gestureit® CAD focuses on 3D wireframe creation and editing optimized for mobile devices. Instead of complex 3D modeling commands, users work directly with geometry using touch gestures, grip points, and numeric input. This makes spatial editing practical and efficient on a mobile screen.

Technical data required for app distribution, licensing verification, and crash reporting may be processed by Google Play and Google Firebase under Google’s privacy policy. Gestureit does not receive or store personal identity information from these services.
